Jeremy Clarkson has the talent of stringing together unlikely combination of words to make any car sound interesting, if not flattering.
Well he is at it again with his new DVD project, Powered Up. Basically he takes a collection of fun cars and trash it around the Paul Ricard test track in France, he even got Karun Chandok to join him in the fun
