SNEAK PEEK OF THE NEW DUCATI MODEL: MONSTER 795

Next Bike Sdn Bhd, the official distributor for Ducati in Malaysia, has been bestowed with the honor of launching the latest Ducati’s model. The first global launch for Ducati in Malaysia, the new Monster is expected to be officially unveiled in the Asian Market this coming 20th October 2011 with Malaysia as the platform.

Malaysians will have the privilege of previewing the new model in the “Ducati Sneak Peek Box” that has been specially placed outside the LOT 10 Mall in Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. Members of the public would be able to have a glimpse of the stunning new model from now until its official unveiling.

Next Bike Sdn Bhd has been the Ducati brand custodian in Malaysia since 2000. NAZA Group of Companies Joint Group Executive Chairman, Datuk Wira Hj SM Faisal Tan Sri SM Nasimuddin, stated, “We are proud to showcase Malaysia to the World once again through Ducati. Last year we presented the Asia Ducati Week 2010 which brought together Ducati enthusiasts from 22 countries to share the Ducati Riding Experience at Malaysia’s own Sepang track with Troy Bayliss and emerge themselves in the MotoGP experience. At NAZA, we continue to strive to deliver the best ownership experience for our owners and to foster the cross border relationships through our business partners.”

“The new Monster is expected to further contribute to the growth of Ducati in Malaysia, this year alone the company has grown its sales volume by 100% where we expect to retail more than 200 units of Ducati. The introduction of Ducati Diavel in December 2010 had significantly increase our market share as we enter new market segments and with this new Monster, we expect to further capture more market share within the naked bike category”.

Adding to the excitement is the Ducati Brand Experience Roadshow which is happening inside LOT 10 from the 7th October 2011 till 23rd October 2011 and features the full range of Ducati bikes and merchandise. Visitors will be able to purchase MotoGP tickets for 21st – 23rd October from the Sepang Circuit retailing booth at the roadshow.
